Every Engagment ring tells a diffrent story and My aim is to make Bespoke commisions to make the end result as unique as possible. (when sourcing stones the Gems will ethically sourced for example Lab grown Diamonds or recycled from sentimental Jewellery)

I spent years Travelling the world and the reason I started this business in lockdown was because I had shells, seaglass and Stones I collected from my many homes and I wanted them to be turned into Wearable and Durable Jewellery. If you are a Traveller like me then send me your trinkets to be re purposed to make the perfect gift.

    Ordering: You may place orders through our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by Kathleen Kelly Jewellery.

    Payment: We accept payments through the website using Stripe (third party) or through paypal. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order for non-payment.

    Pricing: Prices are as displayed on our website or as quoted. Prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices are in GBP £. I work with valuable metals and Precious stones so the price does Fluctuate and this is out of my control as a small Business

    3. Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping: We offer shipping to UK only at this time. postage costs and delivery times will vary depending on the Post office and their pricing, I post all my Jewellery Tracked postage to make sure the jewellery pieces can be traced and are insured .

    Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items and have proof of damage (photographs) it will be exchanged to identical Product or to a piece of the same value as the originally purchased jewellery or failing the above a refund.

    if Jewellery is damaged 28 days After Purchase there will be a charge to fix the piece. .

    4. Returns and Refunds

    Return Policy: Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges. Refunding non faulty Jewellery is at Kathleen’s Discretion. as a Rule non faulty Jewellery or commissioned is non refundable and Gift vouchers are Non Refundable.

    5. Product Information

    Materials: Our Jewellery is made by Eco sterling silver, Brass or Gold and made by hand at my Studio in Devon. (findings where possible are made in house however it is not possible at this time to make all my Findings. most of my findings are out sourced and purchased wholesale) Please note that variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

    Gemstones/ sea glass being a natural product the Cut, size, color and Patterns may vary depending on what I have in stock

    Care Instructions: To prolong the life of your jewellery, please follow the care instructions provided.

    please avoid perfumes and lotions to avoid oxidization.

  • I post my Jewellery Royal Mail and I post using Tracked Postage to make sure my Jewellery can be traced and it is insured.

  • Yes! all I ask is the Seaglass has flat back and isn’t larger then a 50p piece.
